State of Michigan Mural

Project S.N.A.P. is the unified voice of kids across the globe, who are advocating to preserve the Earth, protect its resources, and combat the global climate crisis.

The State of Michigan Mural is 300 square feet and is made up of over 14,000 drawings and paintings created by K-12 students across the U.S. The mosaic mural was uveiled by Michigan Governor Jennifer M. Granholm is on display at the Detroit Science Center.

Join the Million Child Mosaic

The Million Child Mosaic will be the world's largest mosaic mural ever created in the history of the planet Earth. This international project gives K-12 students around the world a chance to speak out about saving their planet. Students are creating artwork in the form of paintings, word paintings, photographs, and drawings that give them an opportunity to express new ideas and different ways in which they are working to save the Earth and help combat the global climate crisis.

The MIllion Child Mosaic will be composed of 1 million pieces of artwork. The final mural will be available on the internet and will be fully interactive. The mural will rotate 360 degrees around and allow users to zoom into each individual piece of artwork.
