Project S.N.A.P. is now accepting applications for the first “Think Tank for Young Leaders”.  Lead by Project S.N.A.P. founder and CEO Deborah Rubyan the think tank will serve as a platform for students to come together and develop strategies and ideas for promoting positive social change on complex national and international challenges.
