The Mission

The mission of Project SNAP is to help students develop the key skills and insights necessary to become socially responsible leaders.

Students

  • Learn about the theme and Project S.N.A.P. core values from their teachers.
  • Take action by expressing their unique perspective in a picture.
  • Discuss the theme with classmates.
  • Share the experience by contributing to the “big picture”.

Teachers/Administrators

  • Share information/collaborate with colleagues.
  • Facilitate the process, teach project theme and creating the “big picture” .
  • Take action through school-based activities teaching social responsibility.

Parents/Family/Friends

  • Learn about Project S.N.A.P. values from their children.
  • Receive information from teachers/administrators.
  • Discuss the project with their children.
  • Share Project S.N.A.P. values with other parents.
  • Experience the results of collaboration by visiting the mosaic mural.
  • Reinforce the message with posters in their homes.
