I drew this picture because I feel sad that people that people have to take shots and watch what they eat. People are trying to find the cure. This picture means that I want scientists to find cure so diabetics don't have to test themselves at least six times per day. People shouldn't laugh, judge or think poorly of those who are different than themselves. We are all the same. I participated because we are all the same and I want to help other people so that they feel they are not alone. My favorite part of this project is that kids or adults with diabetes can see my artwork and it makes them smile.
