Artist's Statement

I drew this picture because I want to show people that I'm caring and loving to those with type 1 diabetes. Also, this picture means a lot to me because it shows how much I want to show that I care about those with type 1 diabetes. Diabetes has affected my life because my two grandmothers and grandfathers have it. I participated because I was really interested in how much people have to deal with just by having type 1 diabetes.
