Artist's Statement

I drew a picture of a man trying to find a cure for type 1. He also has all these tools to help him find it. In the right you see a sign that says "No Diabetes" so someday somebody can find a cure and make it stop happening. It means to try your best and don't give up on your goals. Never give up. Be strong and you'll never be the only one having that illness.
