Artist's Statement

I drew this picture because we can cross oceans to find a cure. It will help millions of people with type 1 diabetes. The world will be happy, healthy and safe. This picture means to me a lot since my family has diabetes type 1. I feel this is especially important for me since I would feel that this cure you're trying to develop will be a part of me.
