Artist's Statement

The reason I drew this is because my family has generations of type 1 diabetes. Often at times I see my mom inject herself and prick her finger. After many years, I still could not imagine the pain she goes through. Anyway, this picture describes the cure box labeled "diabetes" and followed by chains blocking people from the secret within.
